in Oregon you can run ANY plate 1953 or newer on any car, you just must pay custom registration. this beauty is a 1963-1967 issue plate. it's on my 86 firebird....

keep in mind that is FLYWHEEL horse power. the 86 2.8 is rated at 135HP at the flywheel. if 135 flywheel produces 120 at the wheels with a few tiny modifications... then your "rated 115hp" cavalier...
