I would check your bulbs too. If one of your lights is out, the other one will light steadily, and your turn signal indicator on your dash will light steadily as well. No flashing, just illumination....

Hit and run!

Someone in a dark green car hit and run on my 85 IROC-Z28.
They damaged the hood, fender, front bumper, ground effects. Broke, and popped out my fog light, broke my side marker, and my low beam....

Well the ground is not with the headlights, and I guess I could have thought harder and figured that out, seeing as the problem occurs with the headlights off, as soon as I turn my parking lights on....
