FYI: a cowl hood does not let air "out", it actually sucks air into it and gives fresh air for your element to take in. it probably lets some escape but mainly between the design it intakes more.if...

Personally like 80% of people that carb is way to big for a 355 you dont need that it prol run better with vacum secondaries 750 or a 650dp but thats a monster carb it seems..besides that looks like...

if your going to keep it entirely stock i would get a pair of shorty headers and just get like a dynomax full exhaust kit you dont need anything crazy a 2.5 or 3" will be plenty they sell full kits...
