Definately grease the swaybar bushings, they even come with a little packet of the stickiest grease I've ever seen...
Endlinks, well greasing really won't do much there; unless you foresee r&r'ing...

Used a 2-jaw gear puller to pop my tie rod ends off this morning while replacing my centerlink... Works VERY well!
