Just had a similar problem. Turns out the wiring harness was broken and shorted out one injector, also fried the ECM. Check the wiring to the injectors. A rebuilts ECM is $60 with a $40 core charge...

Checked all spark wires with the timing light and they seemed okay, Checked fuel pressure and it was also okay. Might this be an issue related to the ECM?
