A good use of your money is to get a full 3" exhaust with headers and gears for now, this way if you upgrade the engine later on you will already have those upgrades out of the way, and for now it...

I think it probably would make the stick shift version more desirable...especially with the t-tops or convertable and the 305TPI motor...

Does anyone know if there was a re-call on the recoil system for my 88 camaro? The recoil doesn't work properly, so i'll need to get a new seat belt system installed.

Of all 3rd gen camaro, how many (what percentage) are stick shift...I'm guessing about 30-40 % but there's got to be some data to back it up.

That video is funny...the 3rd gen looks like junk and then it breaks or somethign happens and sparks fly, lol. Looks like its fast but I'd rather have the New SS.

ya..know one seems to be able to answer that..but i know its not the sensor because it was tested...unless its part where the senor hooks onto the engine block...but whats that part called?

I know I'd get cruched as well, but i still want to try for the heck of it. My car grips pretty good of the line and the 0-60 is decent, but it just doen't have the power in that LO3 for good top...

I had some mods, but not much with the engine...although afterwards he said somethign about a sensor not working properly or that it wasn't hooked up up in his car...but i was happy just to do as...

Are Temperature Gauges interchangable?

My temp gauge stopped working, and I'm not sure if i can take one from another 3rd gen...I'm guessing that as long as its an LO3 from 88-92 that it will work, but i'm not sure.

Naa, it really doesn't sound too good...why put out extra polutants and make the exhaust sound too loud and stupid??? Just replace the cat with a new one and it will sound good and be Legal and less...

Hey 2592RS, I'm using the 1.6 but I really didn't notice any difference...if you have them in conjunction with some other mods, then it might be worth it...I wouldn't remove your cat/converter as...

I just tried it again, I allowed the car to stall out, then the light cam on, and then i tested it, but i could only get the 3 sequences of light flashes, and nothing else...strange

I did install a new 3" aftermarket cat...that could be it because of the length offsetting the rest of the I-pipe close the the center of the car...I'll have to check that out
