What size motor does that audi have? As long as it's bigger than ~2.5 liters then the turbo would work fine. And what do you mean by 1.6 bar turbo? Does it have an internal wastegate set at 1.6 bar?...

You will pick up about 25hp and 25 lb/ft of torque by swapping in a stock 3.4 plus any mods you do to a 3.4 will yield more hp and torque than they would on a 2.8 because it has much larger...

I get about 17 city and 22 highway. The highest I've ever seen was 24 on the highway which seems low, but then the only highway driving I do is at 80-85mph.

That's wierd. Maybe someone swapped a stock v8 exhaust on your car, those are 2.5" right? I guess the only way to know for sure is to go out and measure it yourself.
