I have never heard of breaking in brakes. Google tells me to go 60mph then quickly bring the car down to 10-15mph then repeat about 10 times and the brakes should be good?

I have heard a lot of bad things about the thumpr series. I heard they can even decrease performance just to give a rough idle. I want a nice choppy idle, and a great performance boost also of course.
