Not worth the hassle or money IMO. They cost too much, and you have to leave the fuel line open when cleaning the filter. You're better off with OE replacement.

I'd avoid blue RTV for aluminum applications. If it's not the newer blue, it can oxidize and destroy the aluminum. I personally like the "Right Stuff" black gasket maker. It's great.

I went with the LT1 intake b/c cash is tight. I'm very happy with it. There are lots of wasy to clean up the hoses and hide the fuel lines. Plus it was way easier on the bank account than a bolt...
