cant bore a 350 that far or ull be waay into the water jackets. a longer stroke would be the only way to do it.

with a stock 350 bore (4") and a 4" stroke youll have a 402

a 350 .030 over...

well if your gonna go with "a lot of power" a carb is the way to go so you can get that power without spending a small fortune on tuning tools. for a daily cold driver the tbi is gonna be better for...

get a detroit true trac theyre like 300 bucks, and good gears (richmond etc.) Dont go cheap like i did (gov-loc, whiney summit gears)...

change all the bearings nd everything while ur in there...

depends on where you're coming from on compression. It will only bring it up about 6 tenths of a point so if ur compression to start with was 9:1 or 9.3:1 you'll be fine with the higher octane pump...

well you have to think the new injectors for the 350 are gonna run you about 175-200 bucks plus the tuneing equiptment will b another 200-300 depending on how you do it. so sticking with the tbi...

neither the 305 or the 350 have steam holes. only the 400 blocks do. 350 heads work on 305's and 305 heads work on 350's.
